Kornelis Caps & Closures will be present at Fachpack in Nurnberg this year, where the fair will be focusing on sustainability.
Kornelis has developed a sustainable strategy for the coming years centered around going green and contributing to the adoption of a circular business model. The company supplies as many products as possible based on renewable, recycled (bio), raw, and mono materials. As a matter of fact, it has recently received the ISCC certificate for the use of sustainable raw materials.
In addition, the use of a seal has become indispensable for a growing number of products, as temper evidence not only offers the consumer certainty and reliability, but also ensures a longer shelf life. Though sealing can be done through gluing or induction with different materials, such as PP foil or induction foil - printed or unprinted - it can also be done using a polypropylene cap with IML (in mould label) of the same material; an option that ensures an easier recyclability of the final product.
That's why Kornelis is betting in mould labeling, a process that helps to diminish environmental impact: both the packaging and the label consist of the same material and can therefore be fully recycled. Meet us at Fachpack, were we will be happy to present you examples and explain the various options available for your brand.
Our Sales team would like to welcome you to our renewed stand to exchange ideas and share our newest developments.
