Since September 2010, LANGGUTH Cosmetic GmbH has intensified its business connections and economic ties with a strong partner in the East: the Kolonna Cosmetics Group in Riga, Latvia.

With almost 30 of their own-name hairdressing salons, the Group are the market leader in the hair care business in Latvia, amongst other things. They are also involved in a joint venture with the renowned Douglas Group, who are also very popular in the East, in the countries of Latvia and Lithuania. Currently more than 60 perfumeries are being operated under the name of Douglas or respectively Kolonna.

In order to strengthen their position on the market in Latvia, Kolonna has now introduced its first own hair care series under the name of „Kolonna Hair and Beauty System“. Three different shampoos, one conditioner and a special hair mask are offered. Due to the international demand for „Made in Germany“ these products are developed and produced in Germany whilst taking into account local requirements.
