It was common sense that although lamination was essential part of post printing process, the designers were headache about the scratch problem of BOPP film(matt and gloss) for decades. Everyone agrees that visually it’s perfect idea to laminate BOPP matt film on top of black solid color, then make spot coating of UV gloss varnish onto BOPP matt film, but in reality many designers have to take scratch problem into consideration seriously and dare not to use it.

Our solution is anti-scratch matt BOPP film made in Germany. We have very matt version with only 3 gloss points(by 60 degree glossmeter) and standard version with 6 gloss points. Best anti scratch result and no concern of scratch anymore..
