The company “LeanGroup” started its activities in 1999 and today is the leading company for the production of laminate and extrusion tubes used as packaging for cosmetics, personal care products and oral care, food, repellents, household chemistry, as well as pharmaceutical products.
We produce tubes of various diameters - from 16mm to 50mm. Having two technologies - for the production of laminate and extrusion tubes, we can offer our customers a wide range of possibilities. A big advantage is its own printing shop in the laminate and in-line printing in extrusion with the possibility of various additional decor options. Particular attention is paid to working with suppliers to control and maintain the quality of our products.
LeanGroup Ltd is certified for compliance with the BRC international standard for packaging - with the highest rating, which allows it to demonstrate the competence of the company in the field of the HACCP system, hygiene, product safety and quality systems, fully ensuring product safety for consumers.
Since January 2018, the company has become a member of the European Tube Manufacturers Association (ETMA), which confirms the strong position of the brand in the European market.
The company has implemented a quality management system STB ISO 9001-2015, which allows us to maintain the quality of our products at a high level.
The production uses a three-stage quality control system: by the operator, machine, operator of the rewinding machine, specialists of the quality control department.
Each batch of manufactured products is subject to acceptance tests for compliance with specifications, packaging and labeling.
Compliance of products covered by the technical regulations of the Customs Union “On packaging safety” (ТР ТС 005/2011) is confirmed by declarations of conformity with the requirements of ТР ТС 005/2011.
