Modularized Accessories Design
When modifying designs for the OPP labeler, all essential accessories can be replaced within 10 minutes; this includes the vacuum drum, wheel pressing die, the astrolabe, and the feed screw, which are all modularized and standardized. No complicated adjustments or positioning are needed. Anyone can easily operate and replace the parts. -
Cutting Edge Design
Unique quadruple cutting edge design. Lifespan is 4 times that of the single cutting edge. -
Vacuum drum uses an independent collapsible coated board that is entirely modularized. When the vacuum drum is damaged or depleted, it can be replaced online within 3 minutes with no effect on production. Replacement cost is reduced to less than 1/5 of other manufacturers.

Label Transmission Tension Control
Uses the latest servo motor automatic tension control system from Japan. Keeps tension the same at all speeds without additional setting adjustments. Transmissions are smooth and straight, with label attaching accuracy of +-1mm. Purchasing costs are greatly reduced without the need for a separate precision balance controller. -

LEBAL coats only the leading and trailing edges of the label.
More stable at high-speed
Containers are captured on a rotary starwheel, supported on the top and bottom. Thus containers are rotated at precise speeds across a vacuum drum carrying the glued and cut labels.
