Libo has garnered a lot of attention over the last few years, not only for its ability to produce high quality cosmetic and personal care packaging, but also for its capacity for experimenting with decoration options to create new and interesting techniques bound to cause a stir among those in need of packaging.
The company's new set of metallized and varnished compacts combine two of the company's premier techniques to create a new and bold option for cosmetic packaging purchasers.
The compacts, made of lightweight plastic, are then carefully treated with a metallized finish and later bathed in Libo's high quality varnish coating to create compacts that look and feel as if they were made of anodized aluminium, but weigh much, much less. The benefits are numerous. The lower weight means transport costs and fuel usage are lower, resulting in real savings. Also, the lower weight creates a much smaller CO2 footprint than comparable metal products, ensuring a company can easily meet its sustainability targets.
A small mirror is included in the compacts for consumer ease of use.
