Lohn-Pack has specialized itself for over 40 years in the field of manufacturing, filling and sealing sachets using a hot foil sealing technique. With its variety of packaging machines, Lohn-Pack has become a leading packager in the German sachet industry.

Services

Foil

Lohn-Pack uses all common techniques of hot sealable foil compound combinations. In cooperation with the foil manufacturer we work together in recommending the appropriate type of foil for your product and arranging the outsourced testing.

Printing Techniques

Lohn-Pack works with various printers and foil manufacturers who specialize in printing techniques like flexo, intaglio, offset and letterpress printing. Any printing technique you choose is guaranteed to optimally reflect your designs.

Machinery

Sachet production is done on machines that produce both vertically and horizontally.

Manufacturing

Besides actual packaging, Lohn-Pack also offers manufacturing possibilities like affixing sachets to promotional material including cards and display cartons, any additional labeling, as well as other manual tasks.

Certifications

Lohn-Pack has been certified for DIN EN ISO 9002 since 1997, for DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 since 2003 and for the actual norm DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 since 2008.

Incoming customer demands are a regular part of our current quality management system.

Lohn-Pack has also had its own laboratory since 1991 which is used for microbiological (standard) testing as well as other, more individual types of testing. Furthermore, there also exists the possibility to work together with an external laboratory.
