    Our world class 125,000 square foot corrugated division, located in Pennsauken, NJ, specializes in custom design and manufacturing of corrugated packaging. Our state-of-the-art equipment includes single face lamination, tri-feeder specialty gluing technology, as well as 7-color direct print flexo and rotary die-cutting in sequence along with UV coating capability. In addition, we provide cutting edge 3-color flexo folder gluing and die-cutting inline. The division is supported by a 120,000 square foot solar powered sheet feeder facility located in Vineland, NJ. Our sustainable product mix includes: Retail ready packaging Power wings, PDQ’s, counter displays, standees and floor stands End caps and pallet displays Retail printed corrugated cartons Regular slotted cartons We integrate the highest quality standard operating procedures in every phase of the manufacturing process.     Located just minutes from Philadelphia is our 100,000 square foot, state-of-the-art folding carton manufacturing site. The facility boasts an array of cutting edge printing and converting technology that takes “value added” to new heights. The versatile capabilities of our equipment and personnel allow McLean to tend to all of our customers packaging needs, whether it be plastics, paperboard, laminated substrates or combination packaging, we have the ability to handle it all! Some specific technologies and capabilities include: Engineering and design for pre-production sampling and color mock ups State-of-the-art prepress and Direct-to-plate technology 10-station Combination lithographic and flexo UV printing that makes your packaging pop; high end metallics, dimensional coatings, reticulating coatings, combination coatings…all in-line!     Conveniently located in the NE corridor and in very close proximity to the Philadelphia, NJ and NYC border is our 100,000 square foot rigid paper box manufacturing facility. The facility is chock full of the best set box manufacturing equipment and experienced personnel the industry has to offer. Pairing our many wrapping lines with in house abilities to line our own board, make our own vacuum forms and transparent lids and pack out product in-line makes McLean the premier option for set box manufacturing. McLean will also handle all phases of development, artwork and wrap production in our Moorestown facility and produce the corrugated cases your goods are packed in out of our Pennsauken facility. Truly a one-source option for all of our customer’s needs! In addition to our converting ability also exists our 100,000 square foot warehouse and our own fleet of trucks for all local deliveries so we can be sure that we’re handling your goods from concept through delivery.
