Using a unique and innovative reel to sheet manufacturing process, we are able to bring the benefits of our expertise in short run digital labelling to the folding carton marketplace. At Mercian Labels we digitally print your cartons and sheet inline in preperation for conventional cutting, creasing, folding and gluing in an offline process.

Runs of upto about 5,000 cartons per design are viable to print digitally.

We use the latest and fastest Xeikon 3000 series press offering the highest quality 1200dpi digital carton printing with excellent colour matching.

Our printed cartons can be recycled so are environmentally friendly, and importantly use solvent free FDA approved ‘food safe’ toner to print with that is also extremely lightfast. It is simply the best current digital carton printing technology available.

We manufacture using high quality 400 micron cartonboard and convert inline to make the process quick and reactive with short leadtimes and no MOQs. We also offer a press proof service so you can see what you will get before you order.
