Midlands Packaging Corporation
Midlands Packaging primarily produces folding cartons, corrugated containers, and thermoformed plastics
Midlands Packaging Corporation started on April 1, 1972.
Midlands Packaging primarily produces folding cartons, corrugated containers, and thermoformed plastics. Our goal is to provide you with the service you deserve, and design an innovative and functional carton that meets your standards for quality as well as ours.
Design
The structural design department uses Computer Aided Design (CAD) to develop unique and effective folding carton, corrugated, and thermoformed plastics design solutions. Our innovative designers focus on a combination of the product, the customer, and the customer's consumer needs when developing efficient and effective packaging solutions.
A direct computer link to the Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) system enables our designers to be more creative and responsive in the design and development process.
With an in-house die shop, Midlands can create state-of-the-art tooling for folding carton and corrugated production. And because our die shop is in house, the turn around time on tooling is much quicker and more efficient.
Quality
The pride of Midlands Packaging is the quality of our products. We achieve retail-pharmaceutical level standards of cleanliness, accuracy, tracking, and appearance for all of our products and services. Our goal is to maintain our status as the quality leader in the packaging industry.
Midlands quality system is compliant with applicable FDA requirements (21 CFR, §176.180, §211.122); Federal Specification PPP-B-566E, and our products are inspected using ANSI/ASQ Z1.4-2003/2008 sampling.
In 2008, Midlands Packaging received Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC®) Chain of Custody Certification (FSC® C009047).
In 2014, Midlands Packaging received SQF Code Edition 7.1 Level 1: Food Safety Fundamentals Certification (639544).
We welcome our customers to conduct on-site quality system audits.
