Embossing
Shaping using embossing techniques consists in outlining a relief: texts, decorations, scripts, etc. This cold working technique is obtained by special press stamping, highlighting the presentation display's precious character and reinforcing the brand's prestigious status.
Engraving on
aluminium
This technique enhances the aesthetic appeal of the display, whilst playing with shiny/mat contrasts and groove/relief effects for the scripts and texts added to the luxury aluminium plates. Once the relief zones have been protected using silk-screen printing, these plates are placed in acid or alkaline baths. Depending on the desired effect, the etching depth may vary.
For the finishing touches, the engraved surfaces can also be filled in with more subtle shades of lacquer.
Engraving on brass
Brass marking is similar in terms of technical and
chemical processes to marking on aluminium plates. Etching is delicate and permanent, and asserts the brand's high-end style.
Laser cutting
Sharpness and accuracy are essential for laser cutting. Whatever the material or thickness, this high-technology process enables the creation of complex shapes, where boundaries are set by your imagination alone. The laser is numerically controlled, allowing the metal to be cut and pierced
with no deformations or burrs. Laser cutting leads to a result so delicate it looks like lace, an effect which greatly appeals to luxury brands.
