Always responsive to market needs and trends, Mold-Rite has optimized its Disc Top supply. Additional capacity and equipment has been fully implemented at the company's Somerset facility and lead times are significantly decreasing, making it easier for customers to request what they want, when they need it.

Current lead times for 24mm and 28mm Disc Tops are 3 weeks for unlined closures and 4 weeks for a lined product. Lead times on track to reduce down to 2-4 weeks.

The company has also introduced the new "Disc Top Stocking Program" as part of its commitment to providing industry-leading service, flexibility and responsiveness. The most popular disc top closures can be ordered unlined in quantities as little as one case at a time, or up to a full pallet, in one week or less. The new program is ideal for situations where you can't meet the minimum order quantity or need an emergency shipment to capitalize on an immediate opportunity.

Mold-Rite is continually expanding its commitment to add extra value. The Disc Top supply chain optimization initiatives ensure that orders ship faster than the industry standard enabling customers to spend less time worrying about planning ahead or holding inventory while tying up cash.

Mold-Rite Plastics, Weatherchem and Stull Technologies are united in providing an expanded product portfolio, multiple manufacturing locations, in-house tooling, outstanding innovation, unmatched flexibility and responsiveness.
