Multitubes currently have 3 high speed inline production lines -  all equipped with offset printing in 6 colours.

Offset print technique works best on white tubes tubes as the ink is thin, applied and dried fast for high speed production, the white tube allows the colour to stand out.

All the colours printed are special colours, the designs are not built up from 4 colour process.

We have 1 of the 3 print lines that can print the tube sleeve prior to heading the tube and applying the cap to the head, this production line allows the design to start from the cap, where as the other lines the print starts from 3mm to 5mm from the cap.
