Hoffmann Neopac, a global provider of high-quality packaging for a broad array of industries and applications, will debut DigitAll360°, its new direct-to-shape digital decoration service for tubes, at Luxepack New York, May 6-7. DigitAll360° was developed to address growing industry demand for high-quality variable printing, precision color matching, flexible batch sizes and expedited delivery.

DigitAll360° prints photorealistic graphics and text on the entire surface of cylindrical containers. Available for a wide variety of substrates and almost unlimited color palettes, DigitAll360° offers benefits that include:

New SpringTube™ Maintains Shape for Aesthetic and Decorative Advantages

Also at Luxepack New York, Neopac will features its new SpringTube™, a packaging solution for cosmetics and personal care products. Developed by subsidiary 3D Neopac, the tube is specially designed to maintain its shape while delivering a host of additional benefits for consumers, brand owners and manufacturers.

Featuring a tamper-evident, push-on flip-top cap, the printer-friendly SpringTube™,  can be decorated via digital, flexo and metallic foil processes. For product protection, an ethylene vinyl alcohol (EVOH) barrier preserves oxygen-sensitive formulas, and helps extend the shelf life of beauty and personal care products.

Neopac Announces New Cosmetics Tube Line in US Facility, and launches Polyfoil® Sensation

Neopac is introducing a new cosmetics tube line at its Wilson, NC plant. The state-of-the-art tube line boasts enhanced capacity and capabilities, enabling it to produce an additional 70 million tubes per year, ranging in size from 25-40mm in diameter and 15-150ml in volume. The investment will feature full tube body colorations and seven-color offset printing capabilities, with options for matte, silk, and glossy lacquers. Installation is set to commence in June 2024, with production slated to begin in August 2024.

Hoffmann Neopac AG Introduces Range of LowPro Caps Compatible with EcoDesign Tubes

Acknowledging the diverse needs of its customers, Hoffmann Neopac AG, a global provider of high-quality packaging and dosing applications for pharma, beauty, and oral care, has introduced a new range of LowPro Flip-Top Caps compatible with its sustainable range of tubes. The series premiered at Paris Packaging Week, January 17-18, 2024, a significant stride in Hoffman Neopac's expanding portfolio of eco-conscious packaging solutions. Neopac’s LowPro Caps can incorporate several safety features. For example, its tubes manufactured in the EU can include tamper-evident (TE) stickers and sleeves, ensuring product integrity and consumer trust. Neopac Showcased the Latest Tube Innovations & Sustainability Advancements at CPhI

Hoffmann Neopac Names Two Executives to Co-Lead U.S. Facility

Hoffmann Neopac, a global provider of high-quality packaging and dosing applications for pharma, beauty, and oral care, has appointed two new Co-Directors to lead its U.S. facility in Wilson, North Carolina, which until recently focused mostly on small diameter tubes for the pharmaceutical sector. Friedrich Holz was hired as Director of Finance & Administration and will co-lead the facility alongside Jonathan Tedder, who was promoted to Director of Operations.
