    LDPE Shrink Film

    Shrink films in low density polyethylene are co-extruded by a blown technology. Our production covers a wide range of applications from small to large packaging. In addition to the bundling use, shrink films are available in tubular roll, cover pallets, stretch hoods, shrink hood in different sizes and colours. In the picture there are some drawings of the standard versions in which PE rolls may be packed.

    LLDPE Stretch Film

    Our stretch films in linear low density polyethylene are extruded through a CAST technology (flat head) in 5 layers and they are available in a version for use on automatic pallet wrappers and for manual packing. These kind of films represent the best solution for each packaging needs even for those ones more angular thanks to their superior technical properties like high elongation capacity, exceptional puncture and tear resistance. On request, automatic stretch films can be produced: one side cling, outside cling, cling both side, external slippery, colored, with antistatic and /or UV treatment. The automatic type is available in different sizes and percentages of pre-stretch from 180% to 400%. The manual type, NPM, is available with cardboard cores flush, or protruding from one or both sides.

    Stretch Hoods

    Stretch hoods are low density polyethylene films co-extruded with a blown technology and supplied in tubular rolls with extensible gussets.Appreciated for their high elastic properties and the high tear resistance, they represent an innovative solution for the modern packaging lines that do not require the use of thermal sources for the retraction of the film as they are stretched at cold directly on the pallet using robotic arms. These films are particularly appreciated because they ensure an excellent compactness and stability of the palletized load during transport of goods.
