Scandinavian Packaging, based in Denmark and serving northern Europe for over 60 years, has introduced a new and versatile cap with a variety of configuration and decoration techniques incorporated into its design, making it big news in the closure market. The new 33-776 line of caps features a tear drop dispensing orifice, making it aesthetically interesting and completely functional, in order to round out a wide range of bottle designs.
The cap (Scandinavian Packaging's Ref. 33-776) has an esthetic outer design with rounded edges and a glossy finish, and the finger recess and hinge are placed very close to the body of the cap, ensuring better leverage for the consumer and a more simple profile that looks slick and elegant. The cap also comes with a drop-shaped orifice to improve pouring characteristics, making it ideal for any product that needs to be dispensed evenly and without splattering.
Scandinavian Packaging's new cap is also available with a round Ø4 mm orifice for thicker products. With a 33-400 standard neck, the new closures fit a large number of existing standard bottles on the market. A 38-400 version of the cap is under development, due to be launched presently. The cap also enjoys crab claw sealing and can be supplied with a liner to suit the needs of the client.
