Ongropack Ltd. offers its manufactured PVC compact solid sheets under the trade-name ONGRODUR. ONGRODUR-BD type was especially developed for construction and is recommended as the base sheet of door panels. Its fine surface and high impact property ensure good formability and excellent quality demanded by our customers. The sheets are available in white colour and with laminated surface. Laminated sheets are offered in normal and in laminated variants as well. BD type is self-extinguishing and complies with the most demanding national fire resistance standards defined in the field of plastics. In order to protect the surface of the sheets, they are delivered with protective film layer bonded on one side.
Ongropack Ltd. offers its standard and ultralight density free-foamed PVC sheets under the trade- name ONGROFOAM. Their durable and versatile surface make them easily printed by any printing techniques. ONGROFOAM sheets have excellent sound and heat insulation properties. Our products are self-extinguishing and comply with the most demanding national fire resistance standards defined in the field of plastics.
The printing and graphics industry is a demanding market segment of rigid film applications. We realised that our customers needed a good printable surface, therefore we developed our ONGROFOL® GRAPHIC products, which are available in both gloss or matt finish. ONGROFOL® GRAPHIC film can be printed with all traditional printing technique, such as screen-printing, UV printing and digital printing.
Metallized films manufactured by Ongropack Ltd. are in compliance with European directives and regulations related to packaging materials intended to come into direct contact with food. The base film of ONGROFOL® METALLIZED film is a clear or amber colour PVC base film, on which a 150-300 Å thin layer of aluminium is applied to the surface giving the silver or gold colour to the material.
