PCM Revamps Bodegas El Grifo's Wine Bottles

  • Packaging Color Manufacturing (PCM)

Bodegas El Grifo, one of the ten oldest and most esteemed wineries in Spain, has recently revamped its bottle designs.

PCM has executed the redesign, achieving the distinctive finish the brand desired. The most notable feature of the new El Grifo line is the use of hot stamping colors tailored to each type of wine. While most bottles share the use of black silkscreen for the name to stand out, the logo is customized to reflect the unique character of each wine.

For the rosé, for instance, the hot stamping incorporates various shades of pink, with a mirror effect that enhances the harmony with the wine. El Grifo's new design is undoubtedly original, subtle, and unique.

Gone are the adhesive labels, replaced by advanced techniques such as silkscreen printing and hot stamping. These methods add an extra layer of beauty and uniqueness to the bottles. PCM Grupo is also committed to environmental sustainability, using UV-curing inks and water-based paints for their decorations.
