At Packaging Color Manufacturing, we have worked on the decoration of the Cuac bottle, an organic early-harvest extra virgin olive oil with Protected Designation of Origin from Sierra de Cazorla.

Cuac oil has always stood out for both its quality and the very unique presentation of every product it releases: a striking yellow rubber duck. The PCM team wanted to ensure that the latest decoration of its bottles would perfectly reflect the brand's fun and captivating identity.

Bottle Decoration Details:

• Two-Layer Lacquer with Soft Touch Effect: We applied a uniform two-layer lacquer in vibrant yellow on the glass bottle. This technique provides a durable and attractive finish and adds a soft-touch effect to the packaging that is reminiscent of any luxury brand, as well as the actual texture of a rubber duck.
• UV Screen Printing: For the bottle decoration, we performed two high-precision UV screen prints. The first features the iconic Cuac duck, while the second highlights the brand name in white, creating a striking contrast against the yellow background. This process ensured sharpness and a subtle relief to the touch.
• Visual Balance: The combination of the soft-touch finish and UV screen printing on glass creates a visually striking design. It also gives the bottle a unique tactile feel, aligning with the brand's eco-friendly and premium identity.
