Services
- Presale: technical commercial evaluation and study of the equipment, with customized layout as per customer’s needs and according to the environment in which the machines will be placed.
- After Sales: Our engineers provide mechanical, electronic assistance and software for the lifecycle of our equipment through: telephone - fax - email – directly at customer ‘s plant
- Testing:our skilled technicians carry on the running tests for machines and lines in our premises FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and at customer’s site SAT (Site Acceptance Test) as well as a Training reserved for machine operators.
- Documentation: All our machines are equipped with: Instruction manuals as per CE standard - Use-maintenance manuals - Manual size tooling replacement - CD-ROM including: programs, display Plc, wiring diagrams - List of spare parts for a simple and safe identification of the component - List of commercial components installed over the machine
- Validation Document: on customer's request we submit all tables relating to the acceptance tests carried on during the FAT and the SAT. We also provide, on request as well, the validation documents: Protocol IQ: Installation - Qualification - Protocol OQ: Operational - Qualification - Specifications for the Hardware-Software project
- Spare parts: We guarantee to all customers the supply of mechanical and commercial spare parts during the whole life cycle of machines / lines.
For all supplied machines we grant the assistance, the supply of eventual additional parties, complete or partial overhauling as well as the required updating.
