At this year’s PPMA Show, Premier Labellers will be unveiling two new labelling systems.

Firstly, the much awaited new high speed 3 roller wrap machine. This machine has been developed after feedback from customers wanting that same 3RW quality application but also with the speed to match multi head fillers. So the Premier design team came up with a new design for a twin lane unit that would meet the expectations.

Designed for use within any production line to provide high volume outputs in continuous operation the P120 sits equally as comfortable off-line, where demands are not as high but accuracy and repeatability across a range of applications is equally as important. The 3 roller system will also orientate products prior to label application as well as applying two labels in a front & back configuration.

The P120 enhanced control system incorporates a touchscreen user interface for operation of all machine functions from the PLC and control software. This allows a large number of variable product set-ups to be recalled from the database for quick set-up times and minimum downtime between product changeovers. Industry standard electronics guarantee the P120 will deliver accurate and reliable performance under the most difficult of conditions.
