We now have ISO 9001 quality certification

Over the last few years both P. Wilkinson Containers and our manufacturing arm William Say have implemented vast changes as we worked towards gaining and integrating ISO 9001 certification into our continuous improvement and management systems.

We are proud to have this certification in place now, especially because it has enabled us to move forward with improvements at a much faster pace than previous years.

What does this mean for our customers?

Our service levels and product quality will continuously improve, and any quality issues highlighted can be systematically worked through, and permanent plans quickly implemented to avoid any reoccurrence.
