Automobile Springs
The automobile market is by definition an industry forerunner, through the design, technology used, constraints required and the production methods. It calls on us to make on-going efforts in creativity, both in the design and the manufacture/ finish of our springs.
Cosmetics springs
Perfume/cosmetics is a mass-market industry. It calls for huge production volumes, and an irreproachable level of quality, as well as significant constraints as regards manufacture and finish, especially when the product content is in contact with the spring.
This involves state-of-the-art production lines with machines turning at very high speeds, which need to be fully reliable to meet the required quality standards.
Pharmaceutical
The pharmaceutical sector, with patients as the end users, requires absolute reliability. For this reason, all RHD staff follow a training programme in GMP standards that is updated on a yearly basis to maintain standards.
Springs manufactured for pharmaceutical use are cleaned and wrapped in clean room conditions. This production process is now used by other industries that benefit indirectly from these advances in technology.
