Top priority is given to tool protection and usability in the two-part packaging. Movable film hinges on the interior pod expose the tool shaft completely and enable unrestricted access. Thanks to a 180° pod opening, the tool can be removed from the packaging without having to touch the tool tip, simply by pushing on the shaft end.

An extended opening angle of 270° enables the tool to be removed contactlessly and allows it to be inserted directly into the machine-tool holder. Integral shankholding in the back wall secures the tool. rose plastic offers a modified two-component shankholding made from a flexible plastic material that holds the tool shaft in position, so that it does not slip and ensures a much more secure hold.

MicroBox Swing and MicroBox Swing PLUS are offered for diameters 2.35, 3, 4 and 6 millimetres and in the effective lengths of 60 and 78 millimetres.
