- 1989:Creation of a new plant 'Le Tremblay' at Flers (61 – France). Business diversification with the product manufacture of foaming products (shower and haircare products...) Creation of Plastirève, a subsidiary specialising in extrusion blow-moulding bottles

- 1992:Construction of a warehouse on the Tremblay site
- 1996:Opening of Roval Cosmética in Spain, a production and logistics platform for the Iberian market
