MANUAL ETCHING MACHINE (7 POSITIONS)
This machine is the first step in the acid etching decoration process.
Easy-to-use and easy-to-handle, it is the right choice for frosting small quantities of different items (bottles,
cosmetic containers, lamps or tableware).
The operator must load manually the items on a specific plastic plate and move by hand the plate from one
station to another.
Capacity of the machine: average 1.500 pcs/hr. (12.000/shift)
People required: 3 – 4 people

AUTOMATIC ETCHING MACHINES (10 ARMS, 12 ARMS AND 14 ARMS)
It is a family of machines that can be adapted to different kind of acid etching processes (bottles, cosmetic
containers, tumblers, lamps or tableware).
This machine has a rotating system with 10 or more arms and a dipping system.
For cosmetics: the operator loads manually the items on specific plastic plates equipped with special
rubber corks on the surface. The loading and the unloading of the plates is automatic.
For bottles: the operator loads manually the bottles on a steel grid unit controlled by a pneumatic cylinder.
Then the bottles are hermetically fixed (flipped) against a special foam rubber. The loading and the
unloading of the bottles is manual.
