Plastic (Polyethylene) mono layer extruded tubes are available from 16mm (5ml) up to 50mm (300ml) also with a variety of closures, applicators including Lip balm heads, Flip top caps, Screw on caps, Cannula nozzles, Sponge heads and the Pinpoint tubes, which are great for face creams.

We are one of the few suppliers that can offer all 3 printing technologies; Offset (8 colours), Silkscreen (8 colours), Flexo (CMYK) or a combination thereof plus we also offer Labelled tubes. We can finish the tubes with a variety of varnishes (glossy, satin, matt) including spot varnish to give a strong definition or contrast to a design.

The use of coloured masterbatch is also a cost effective way of enhancing a tube design and we provide a colour matching service to ensure that the closure matches the tube sleeve/body.

Minimum Order Quantities are 5k for Silkscreen printed tubes and 10k for Offset or Flexo printed tubes.
