Co-extruded PE tubes are available with the additional barrier properties of EVOH, which creates an extra layer to reduce discolouration of the PE and prevent any loss of gases or aroma.

These are available at competitive prices from diameter 19mm (ml) up to 50mm (300ml) with a variety of closure options, Push on/screw on, different profiles/manufacturers, 19mm cannula, metalised caps, hot foil decorated caps, tamper evident caps, bi-coloured caps, sleeved caps, peel off foil membranes and can be decorated with up to 8 colours offset printed, 8 colours silkscreen printed or 4 CMYK process colours printed in Flexo.

We can finish the tubes with a variety of varnishes (glossy, satin, matt) including spot varnish to give a strong definition or contrast to a design. The use of coloured masterbatch is also a cost effective way of enhancing a tube design and we provide a colour matching service to ensure that the closure matches the tube sleeve/body.

Minimum Order Quantities are 5k for Silkscreen printed and 10k for Offset or Flexo printed tubes.
