    Ease-of-use is the most important characteristic of all Sensoplast standard screw caps.
    Manual closure as well as semi or completely automatic processing is possible for filling and capping machines.

    The inner adaptor pin of the closure is aligned for the respective dosing insert so that pre-assembly can be performed without any problems at our factory. The outer form of a closure type is identical regardless of the different dosing inserts.

    Child Resistant & Tamper Evident Closures (CRC/TE)

    Sensoplast combines the advantages of tamper evident closures with those of a childproof solution. We mount a one-piece tamper evident closure (TE1) in a cover cap and interlock the components together. It is only possible to open the cap of the bottle by simultaneously pressing down and turning. At the same time, the first opening is clearly visible by the tearing of the tamper evident ring. This simple construction that has proven itself millions of times was tested as regards its reliability according to the criteria of DIN/EN/ISO 8317 and is considered to be childproof according to the above standards and respective certification.

    Closures with Self Sealing Cones & Sealing Inserts (Liners)

    The self sealing cone, also known as a self-seal, or conic seal, is the easiest and cheapest method of sealing a bottle tightly. During the injection-molding process, the closure is given a conical sealing lip on the inside of the cap. Sealing is therefore performed by the closure itself, without the need for a further component such as a sealing liner. As a result, only a single Raw Material specification is required. All Sensoplast closure types can be supplied with self sealing cones. A brush or a spatula can be mounted in this closure type if required. A further simple method of sealing a bottle is by giving the closure a sealing insert (liner). For this, we provide a wide range of liners made of different Raw Materials that can be supplied with or without lamination (for example, aluminum, Teflon and many others). In this way the individual liner of the closure is able to take into account the requirements of the many different types of liquid.

    Tamper Evident Closures, 1-Piece (TE1)

    Easy to handle and clear visibility of the first opening of your product. One-piece tamper evident closures are manufactured by us as individual components in a single injection molding procedure step. The tamper evident ring of the closure breaks audibly during first opening and remains clearly visible during subsequent use on the neck of the bottle. Manual closure as well as semi or completely automatic processing for filling and capping machines is possible.

    Tamper Evident Closures, 2-Piece (TE2)

    The “star” among tamper evident closures. A classic, elegant design and discrete visibility of the first opening of your product. Sensoplast’s two-piece tamper evident closures consist of two components made of different types of plastic. A separately manufactured tamper evident ring made of HD-PE (polyethylene) is inserted in the closure body that is made of robust PP (polypropylene). The tamper evident ring of the closure breaks audibly during first opening and remains visible during subsequent use on the neck of the bottle.
