In April 2010 Sharp Interpack Limited was acquired by Groupe Guillin the International packaging supplier. As from January 1st 2011 the company's 3 UK manufacturing sites and the sales office in The Netherlands became independent, self contained limited liability companies responsible for their specific products and markets. The companies were re-branded Sharpak Aylesham, Sharpak Bridgwater, Sharpak Yate and Sharpak Nederland.
Since 1961 when Anthony Sharp first established the company this long experience and a philosophy of investing in our business and in the future of our customers and employees, has enabled us to become the UK's number one manufacturer of Rigid Plastic Packaging. Sharpak's own packaging range is now reinforced and complimented by Groupe Guillin's extensive portfolio and technologies and its influence in the European markets.
