Production
Located in Draveil, France on 4.500 m², SIMP owns a very high capacity and fully automatised production tool with:
A plastic injection workshop including:
- 27 injection machines, mostly electric and automatised
- 1 bi material unit with rotative plate
- 45 robots and conveyors
- 1 raw material control center feeding
- 1 air conditioned workshop
- Monthly capacity: 25 million units
A rubber injection workshop including:
- 14 injection machines from 25t to 160t (including 5 fully automatised)
- 1 injection machine of 300t dedicated to very high capacity productions
- 2 deburring barrels
- 3 cryogenic machines
- washing and drying automatic line
- Monthly capacity: 20 million units
