Sunrise Pump's new dispensing engine system

  • Sunrise Pumps

Sunrise Pumps are a leading manufacturer of various dispensers & airless packaging solutions for personal care and household products. This year, the company has released an entirely new dispensing engine system, code "SPE3" which is a metal-free dispensing engine, bringing hygiene and functionality to a new standard.

The system features a 0.2cc - 1.0cc dose, available in both pumps and sprayers. These new dispensers create an integral dispensing solution line which is able to satisfy an entire range of product necessities, from skin care products to body care, hair care to cleansing products.

The new line includes the following benefits:

  • "Metal spring on the outside" design to avoid chemical reaction problems
  • Precise production and assembly line
  • The design follows a European style
  • The quality inspection follows Japanese standards
  • Competitive prices
  • Lotion actuator can be swapped out for a spray actuator

A clear market image of "a whole product line that uses a metal-free dispenser to keep the ingredient pure" can help companies improve brand value.

The new system will be the company's primary offering at Cosmoprof this year, and to that end, Sunrise will be offering container suppliers free dispensing samples at the show.
