Polypropylene Film and Bags

Optimum clarity and anti static properties are the key characteristics of our premium grade polypropylene. We use a superior grade polypropylene, formulated with anti static additives to give enhanced visibility and reduced dust attraction. This enables your products to have high in-store visibility and maximum customer appeal.
In addition to its enhanced performance in the retail environment, this premium substrate is easy to handle, and therefore an excellent packaging material from every viewpoint.
Whilst we stock a range of bags in standard sizes with a choice of closures, we specialise in working with our customers to develop custom sizes and specifications to meet particular requirements. Lead times are kept to a minimum as we carry film in stock in a variety of widths for immediate conversion.
Whatever the specification, computer controlled manufacture enables us to work within minimum tolerances with confidence, improving uniformity and reducing waste.
To facilitate handling by your operatives, our finished bags are banded and boxed to your requirements.
Resealable Closures
Our latest computer controlled conversion machine will manufacture bags with a resealable closure. This product can be used to replace more expensive packaging thereby reducing waste and transportation costs.
Film on the Reel
Surepak has a stock holding of 200 tonnes of materials, which enables us to deliver exceptional flexibility and quick turn around for clients with automatic packing machines.
Pouches
Surepak specialises in a range of pouches including Doy Pouches, K Seal Pouches, Quad Pouches and Side Seal Pouches. These can be customised to suit your product, or we can provide clear, metallic and paper stock pouches.
