In addition to the arrival of our new USA made caps this last fall (70mm Smooth Side & Top), (70mm Dome and 89mm Smooth Side and Top), the implementation of our cap lining machines is now complete. This means that now Taral can line these new caps here in California with whatever type of liner you need. Please join us in welcoming the new stock lined closures to the Taral family, manufactured and lined right here in California.

•  PE Foam
•  Pressure Sensitive (PS-22 or equivalent)
•  1-piece Universal foil induction seal w/ foam backing, printed "SFYP" in red ink (HS035/20F  or equivalent)
•  2-piece foil induction Weld-Seal for PE jars, w/.020" Pulp board backing,(FS M-1 .020 Pulp or equivalent)
•  Other stock foil induction seal liners will be coming

We will be stocking all three of these new caps, lined in the above material in Natural, White and Black Polypropylene. Our new lining technology allows us to line caps straight from the molding machine to promote better quality parts at competitive prices. We can do this by cutting out the double boxing procedure thereby reducing labor.

The result is a more cost efficient process, and what we save you save. Our caps (especially black) when bulk packed, will have less scuffing than other closure manufacturers and when layer packed, will have virtually no visible scuffs or marks.
