Tecnocap has taken its experience from the steel closure business and used it to foster the aluminum Unishell^®. The aluminum Unishell^® offers an attractive high-end look and is designed to appeal to the consumers of cosmetic, beverage, nutraceutical and aromatherapy products.

The Unishell® is a unique threaded aluminum closure. Unlike other metal closures, the Unishell^® hides its threads on the inside and leaves a smooth, clean exterior look where even the edge is neatly rolled away. Most of the Unishells are interchangeable with continuous thread closures of the same size as the standard Unishell^® works on containers with a 400 finish.

Aluminum offers many benefits. For the consumer, it provides a premium package presence to any product. For the manufacturer, aluminum's anti-corrosion properties will protect the product in a moisture-laden environment. Furthermore, aluminum does not rust therefore protecting the integrity and image of the product. Light in weight, increases customer appeal and reduces overall product transportation weight costs.

Tecnocap's aluminum Unishell^® expands the market exponentially, enabling products which had previously been unavailable due to the limitations of tin-plate steel.

"Say Something" about a product by designing the look of an aluminum closure to fit specific packaging needs. The aluminum Unishell^® can be customized with a design or company logo through lithography, coating colors, and embossing methods. All lithography is produced in Tecnocap's facility, reducing cost and decreasing delivery.
