In-mould Labelling is a technology that has existed for a long time, but no-one had ever tried to produce tubes using this technique.

At the beginning of the 2000’s this work was started by Tectubes in Åstorp. In 2006 the first IML-tube ever was launched.

Development continued and today we have four different diameters to offer.  In  2011 Tectubes sold over 5 million tubes. Development continues today; IML technology offers an endless array of possibilities when it comes to labels.
