Albertsons Companies pharmacies adopt TemperPack's ClimaCell packaging

TemperPack, a leader in sustainable packaging, and Albertsons Companies are teaming up to divert tens of thousands of pounds of waste from the landfill every year. The grocer announced that it is swapping out traditional Styrofoam coolers in its pharmacy shipments in favor of TemperPack's paper-based insulator, ClimaCell.

TemperPack raises $22.5M to expand business in sustainable thermal packaging solutions

TemperPack operates two factories in Virginia and Nevada and is rapidly expanding its reach in the food and life science cold chain logistics markets, all with the goal of reducing the amount of packaging that ends up in landfills. Leader in sustainable thermal packaging solutions, TemperPack has raised $22.5 million in Series B financing led by Revolution Growth, with other new investors Harbert Growth Partners, Arborview Capital and Tao Capital Partners, and with existing investor SJF Ventures also participating in the round.

TemperPack joins How2Recycle label program for its ClimaCell product line

TemperPack's ClimaCell insulated shipper solution received the How2Recycle widely recyclable label designation, becoming the first insulated shipper to bear the industry standard recycling mark. The work to secure the well-known label represents TemperPack's commitment to offering companies shipping perishable goods in the food and life sciences industries fully curbside recyclable insulation solutions.

TemperPack announces $10 million Series A financing led by SJF Ventures

TemperPack, the leader in earth-friendly packaging for insulated, temperature-sensitive goods, has announced that it has raised $10 million to expand its operations and further commercialize innovative, new products. SJF Ventures led the fundraising round, joined by Interplay Ventures, Third Prime Capital and Dolik Ventures. Robert Beckler, formerly the president of packaging at WestRock, an international paper and packaging company, also participated in the round and will be joining the Board as Executive Chairman.
