TESEM LAB: The new Research, Development & Innovation Center

TESEM Group has created TESEM Lab, a new technology centre dedicated to innovation and development. Located in Torelló, next to the TESEM group’s main production plants, the new centre has a 350m2 laboratory that brings together project management and technical resources and equipment for homologation and testing.

Scandal, the new fragrance for women by Jean Paul Gaultier, comes in 30, 50 and 80 ml size bottles crowned by a cap with never-ending legs. TESEM worked together with Puig for the development, manufacture and assembly of the cap for the 30 ml version, and the collar for the 50 and 80 ml versions.

Good Girl packaging: complexity and precision

Good Girl, the new feminine fragrance from Carolina Herrera, comes in a revolutionary bottle: the classic Stiletto. TESEM developed, manufactured and assembled the spray cap on the 50ml version, which is TESEM’s most ambitious and complex project in plastic to date.

The new fragrance from Nina Ricci represents the most erotic part of femininity. The bottle design is inspired by the brand’s classic haute couture clutch in shades of mauve with an elegant ribbon around the neck.

Tesem incorporates metalizing and lacquering processes

Continuing its strategy of building a platform to provide full service aluminium packaging solutions, Tesem has incorporated metalizing and lacquering processes and has substantially increased its capabilities in plastic injection moulding and decorations. The integration of the new technology was accomplished through the incorporation of the company Motecsa into Tesem group, thus creating the new Tesem Plastics division.
