    AUTOMATIC TRAY PACKER WITH PRODUCT FEED VIA PICK&PLACE SYSTEM, MOD. TPROT20 - Packaging machine with stainless steel frame designed to pack various product types in trays on a single track. The cardboard is picked from the magazine and then, as it is conveyed to the tray forming zone, glue is deposited on it by Nordson hot melt glue guns. Lastly, the cardboard is pressed into a preform by a die the same size as the cardboard, closing the flaps. The thus-obtained tray is then fed to the filling station; the product is deposited in the tray by a pick-and-place system consisting of a suction cup picker moved by a robotic arm.

    Handle application machine

    Twinpack handle application machines apply self-adhesive handles and clips on any type of cluster or pack, whatever the material, shape or size. The handles are made with transparent polypropylene self-adhesive tape and a cardboard reinforcement, which may be plain, coloured or have text and/or images printed on it for promotional purposes.     Palletizers

    Thanks to compact design, which minimises overall dimensions, our palletizer can easily be integrated on existing end-of-line set ups. It can be used for both palletization and de-palletization. Thanks to our advanced multi-axis system with servo motors (three linear axes and a rotary axis), products are precision-placed on pallets by a suction cup system. Once a pallet layout has been saved on the control system, it can subsequently be modified at any time via the user-friendly TOUCH-SCREEN panel.

    Sleeve applicator machine

    The SLEEVE APPLICATOR MACHINE is a fully automatically labeller able to pack containers made of glass or other materials with shrinkable sleeve. The sleeve is continuously unrolled from the reel through rollers and it is then put on the forming tube, which opens and prepares the sleeve for the cutting operation. A blades rotating system cuts the sleeve at the required length, which is then positioned and pulled on the product as a label. The product thus obtained passes into a steam or electric (option) shrinking tunnel, so that the sleeve fits perfectly to the contour of the container. The format change, which allows the working of different products, is easy and quick: the number of parts to be replaced for the various formats, in fact, is extremely reduced and it is not necessary to use any tool. The Sleeve Applicator machine has great ease of operation, cleaning and maintenance. Furthermore, the high degree of the machine technology ensures a particularly efficient and continuous operation.
