New bottle range to be unveiled at Luxe Pack Monaco

Allied Glass Containers, the UK based premium glass packaging specialist, is to unveil a new collection of exceptional premium glass spirit bottles at the 2016 Luxe Pack Monaco exhibition.

Created by Allied’s expert in-house Design team, in collaboration with bar tenders, the elegant Newton range provides sophisticated lightweight bottles which maintain a very premium look.

This is achieved through a strong yet elegant profile and raised push which create great on shelf presence, each bottle also having been designed with a long neck and slightly waisted body contour for better handling when pouring.

Available in sizes 50cl, 70cl, 75cl, 1L and 1.5L the bottles are to be manufactured in standard, Extra White and coloured glass in Corkmouth and 33mm GPI -400 ring finishes.

A new bottle for Curio

Curio Spirits has launched a beautiful new glass bottle exclusively created by Allied Glass for its Wild Coast Gin and Cardamom Vodka brands, giving it a more distinctive profile whilst supporting Curio’s desire to be more environmentally responsible. The new bottle, which is manufactured in standard flint, replaces the previous extra white flint container which was produced in Europe, therefore using recycled content and reducing the bottle’s carbon footprint.

With over 120 years of whisky distilling tradition behind them, the family owned Benromach Distillery has recently taken a new direction and, in the summer of 2018, launched the magnificent Red Door Gin, a small-batch, handcrafted London Dry style gin, in a fabulous red bottle by Allied.

Allied's perfect presentation for Chinnery Gin

Chinnery Gin, perfectly packaged in a stunning bottle inspired by artist and explorer George Chinnery and the romance of the Old China Trade, created by Design Bridge and manufactured by Allied. It is a thoughtful and intricately detailed bottle made in extra white flint glass, designed to look like a Georgian Dublin townhouse.

Allied Glass manufactures Lakes Distillery's new, bespoke Quatrefoil bottle

The Lakes Distillery has recently unveiled its’ new bespoke Quatrefoil bottle, manufactured by Allied Glass. The first whisky to use this symbolic design will be the distillery’s Quatrefoil Collection, which marks the coming of age of the distillery’s first single malt whiskies.

Allied presents its Under the Sea collection

Under the Sea’ is an original collection by Allied, which brings the enchanting underwater world to the land above, concentrating on the colourful landscape within our oceans and the amazing sea life, using lustrous shades of the sea juxtaposed with tropical colours. A powerful collection of exceptional bottles, it combines bold embossing and debossing which is then printed with exacting precision to create a sculptured print effect of the very finest quality.

Allied wins Luxury Packaging Award

Winners of the 2018 Luxury Packaging Awards were announced last night, Allied Glass winning the Luxury Drinks category with the beautiful Midleton Very Rare bottle. Designed in conjunction with Nude, the elegant bottle profile, manufactured in the finest extra white flint glass, draws inspiration from a writer’s ink well, acknowledging Ireland’s history of producing world class literature and linking to the craftmanship which goes into distilling the liquid.

Manchester Gin unveils new-look proprietary bottle created by Allied Glass

Manchester Gin has recently unveiled a new-look proprietary bottle across its range, manufactured to its’ own custom-made design. Created in conjunction with Leeds-based Allied Glass, it is described as an “elegant adaptation” of the bottle used for the brand’s launch two years ago.

Smeatons launches with design by Denomination and bottle by Allied

An original handwritten recipe for Bristol Method Dry Gin from the 1870s has been recreated, bottled and launched as Smeaton’s with the identity and packaging design created by Denomination and the bottle manufactured and decorated by Allied Glass.

LoneWolf Spirits, the BrewDog backed distillery based in Ellon, Aberdeenshire, has launched its gin and vodka in a stunning extra white flint glass bottle manufactured and printed by packaging specialist Allied Glass. More than two years in the making, every aspect of the LoneWolf brand has been crafted from scratch. Including this bespoke bottle.

Strathearn launches first whisky in a bottle from Allied Glass

Strathearn, the experimental micro distillery, has recently launched its first single malt whisky in a beautiful Extra White Flint glass bottle produced by Allied.

Allied's quirky glass bottle for RedLeg Rum

Distil has unveiled a delightful new glass bottle created by Allied Glass for their quirky but highly successful RedLeg Rum brand. A unique and premium glass pack, the elegant white flint bottle features a mischievous RedLeg hermit crab intricately embossed on the base and also on the front panel, creating a distinctive visual identity which perfectly captures the brand's island culture and laid back Caribbean spirit.

Deanston unveils 40-year-old Highland single malt in a unique glass bottle from Allied

The inspiration is the distillery’s community roots and handcrafted identity, the stunning extra white flint bottle utilising a beautifully curved neck, rounded shoulders and intricate embossing to echo the traditional quality of the spirit and the rich history of Deanston.

The Balvenie D.C.S. Compendium saw the UK premium glass specialist Highly Commended in the Special Edition category.

Award winning Highland Park ICE Edition delves into the world of classic Norse mythology.
