Les Cosmiques: Make-up pigments are combined with different decorative inks to create new finishes with startling depth. Metallic effects or optical illusions are revealed when colours change with varying light exposure or when bottles that appeared to be opaque unveil their contents.
Pad printing, spraying or screen printing: Any combination is now possible to create unprecedented decorations. Until now, certain areas of bottles were difficult to decorate (chamfers, shoulders, etc.). SGD's mastery of pad printing now enables us to push the limits even further. Extreme precision and shades that match up perfectly with screen printing colours make it possible to create continuous decorations across the entire bottle. QR Code: Whether used to generate traffic in stores, supplement a medium or collect consumer data, QR codes are becoming increasingly common in marketing campaigns because they are incredibly effective. Now SGD offers solutions to screen print these codes directly on glass. The precision of our machines offers brands a new digital frontier to explore and leverage:

Dress Up: To accessorise a perfume bottle just as one accessorises a smartphone, SGD has worked with Metapack to dress up its standard bottles.
This accessory makes it possible to enhance small standard capacities by adding value to them and conveying the brand identity.
Heat polishing: An iridescent, smoked or yellow effect envelops the bottle when it comes out of the mould, before the annealing lehr. In its ongoing quest to implement clean techniques, SGD has removed the toxic materials from its heat polishing solutions. The clean method is already available for iridescent shades and is in development for the others.
