Virospack presents the first dropper with a 100% natural wood cap in the cosmetic industry. It is the fist dropper cap whose compostion is only wood. Totally organic, compostable, and recyclable and obtained responsibly.
Innovation and Sustainability, two goals achieved by Virospack in this new proposal.
Speaking of innovation, this is achieved thanks to the effort of Virospack's R&D and environmental teams. Virospack is the first company to develop a dropper with a single piece wooden cap, thus reducing two processes in its manufacturing and being consequently more respectful of our planet.
The other main point to highlight is sustainability, because the collar is made only of wood. Normally a dropper would have a plastic inner cap glued to the wooden shell, in this case, Virospack eliminates the plastic piece and also the gluing process, greatly reducing the carbon footprint of the dropper.
As with all other droppers, the sealing is done with the bulb, which could be recyclable and food grade material.
FSC Certification, a guarantee of Responsible Forest Management
Virospack has a firm commitment to environmentally friendly production. Working hard on this commitment, they have the most demanding certifications which offer greater guarantees and are internationally valued.
Having the production sites within EMAS certification, Virospack can now also ensure that their new Wood Cap has been FSC certified. This means that the wood comes from forests with responsible management from an environmental and social point of view.
Personalization and Sustainability
Thanks to the wide range of decoration techniques Virospack carries out in their facilities, they offer a multitude of different finishes and customization for brands. The new natural Wood Collar can be decorated with different varnishes according to the wishes of each client and ensuring differentiation.
Responding to the market needs
Wood is a noble, natural, and renewable material obtained from a responsible source.
Virospack, fully committed to both innovation and the environment, is making a significant effort to enhance sustainability both in the development of new products and in its manufacturing processes.
The first wooden cap for a 100% organic cosmetic dropper responds to market demand in search of increasingly sustainable packaging solutions. As well as to the natural and sustainable positioning of many brands and the concern for our environment and the responsible consumption of beauty products by many consumers.
