Leveraging its position as the largest extruder of clear PETG plastic tubing in the U.S., the VisiPak division of Sinclair & Rush is proud to be a leader in the field of designing and manufacturing clear plastic tubes for packaging and mailing applications.
We were the first packaging manufacturer to bring clear plastic mailing tubes to the direct mail industry and have introduced other innovative packaging solutions like PermaSeals, Hang Tubes and Compartment Paks. Our design team can offer great design flexibility for thermoformed packaging. Clear plastic boxes involve no tooling costs.
Two of our manufacturing plants are located in the suburbs of St. Louis, Missouri. The Fenton plant operates 11 state-of-the-art extruders while our plastics molding facility in Arnold manufactures caps and plugs as well as produces our thermoformed products. Arnold is also the home of our sales and design teams.
In 2012 Flex Products of Carlstadt, New Jersey, became a part of the VisiPak team. The facility in New Jersey continues to operate today, with over 30 injection and extrusion machines. Together our multi-processing facilities produce and ship complete tube and cap and/or plug packaging to customers from a variety of industries.
Early in 2015, Tulox Plastics Corporation also joined forces with VisiPak creating an opportunity for customers to have the widest selection of clear plastic packaging solutions. Along with the packaging options, VisiPak continues offering decorating, labeling, design, fulfillment, assembly and complete contract packaging services.
