Banners are one of the ways your company is promoted on webpackaging as a webpackaging certified supplier, and they can appear throughout the site in a column positioned to the right of the page. These banners can also be featured in the webpackaging newsletters that are sent multiple times a week.

Banners feature all-around webpackaging and are a great opportunity to get your company noticed, enhancing your company's branding and facilitating recognition by potential new customers. For this reason, it is important that your banner is up-to-date to best represent your company’s brand and capabilities.

Where are your company's banners stored?

To view your company's banners you must first enter the admin section of your portal (having logged on first). On the list-menu to the left of the screen you will see an option labelled “Banners”.

Banner sizes and recommendations 

The sizes of the banners are:

• large banner: 320px x 210px 
• small banner: 320px x 90px
• format: jpg

It is recommended that the banner includes your company name/logo and an eye-catching visual that either represents the markets you serve or the products you offer.

As the banner will be set against a white background it is not recommended to have empty white border-less space around the perimeter as your banner will not stand out on screen.

Banners can be changed as frequently as you wish as long as you send the completed graphics to the webpackaging content team in a completed jpg format and can be used to display new ranges or products you wish to promote whilst your company is a webpackaging certified supplier.

Text can also be used in banners to describe products or even for short slogans, however, because the banner size is limited, we recommend that you keep any text to a minimum.

Banner visibility

Banners are automatically set up to direct readers to your company's portal on webpackaging when clicked. To link a banner to another URL, please specify the location you wish the banner to link.

When your banners are ready to be updated, please send them to your account manager and marketing manager at webpackaging so that our team can make the updates for you.

Not all webpackaging memberships include banner promotion. If your company would like extra banners included, needs to enhance its branding, or requires graphic design services, ask the webpackaging team for assistance!
