If you zoom in on the lipglosses then navigate to the control panel on the top right of the screen to Open/Close Cap, you can then lift the lip gloss applicators up and out of the vials by moving the mouse to the right or by using the arrow up and down keys.

Look carefully and you'll see that the shadow of the packs changes with the movement of the applicator caps, as does the reflection of the light on the caps as they move upwards and downwards, just like the product would in the real world.
