Automated filling is ideal for free flowing liquids and dry products, including gels, creams and granular commodities, particularly cosmetics and toiletries, pet and gardening goods and cleaning or janitorial solutions.

WePack can blend and mix formulas to your specification to fill pouches and plastic or glass containers of all shapes and sizes, ranging from 3ml to 5 litres. Varied caps, closures and lotion pumps can be accommodated, including screw tops, push fit and crimps. The filling of pressurized canisters, such as aerosols, can be outsourced if required.

Highly flammable products and dangerous chemicals are handled internally, as well as glutinous fluids that can be warmed enough to flow into a container.

We recognise that all big names were small once, so we don’t insist on minimum quantities for liquid and granular filling – if a run is workable, we will give you a competitive price. We’re flexible too and love to help start up businesses get a project off the ground by providing prototype and sample runs for use at exhibitions or as sales tools.
