Sticking Out in a Crowd

WePack sources fully printed labels to update packaging of all shapes and sizes quickly and easily.

Bottles are one of the most common label applications, but they can be used to brand any plain packaging, offering versatility and cost savings.

Low, medium or high tack adhesion is supplied by WePack. The appropriate strength is determined by the surface you are sticking to and the product’s function i.e. whether you want the label to peel off or not.

A range of finishes is also available, including coated, uncoated or laminated labels, as well as piggyback varieties (printed on both sides) and concertina leaflets, which are an excellent way to make the most of limited space, should you need to incorporate a large amount of information.

If you want your product to have a long shelf life and remain in good order, metal labels or decals may be for you, whilst polypropylene laminates give the appearance of screen printing, producing a high quality finish.

Depending on the complexity of the package to which they are being affixed, label automation may not be possible. In these situations, WePack offers a full hand application service. They can also be utilised as a tamper seal or fitted as part of a reworking exercise to add bar codes, black out incorrect information or provide important safety/allergy advice.

Batch Coding

It is becoming increasingly important to ensure products are fully traceable should a recall occur.

WePack can add best before dates and batch codes to your packaging by inkjet or thermal transfer printing. Should an oversight occur during manufacture, they can also be fitted retrospectively as a stamp or label. Their application position is usually determined by the shape and size of the packaging, the nature of the product and your preferences.
