    Zechini

The second generation owners Fulvio and Roberto Zechini run a lean and efficient organisation. They rely on 60 years of experience and an extensive sales network serving more than 30 countries on all continents. Exports currently account for 80% of the revenues. All machines are made in Italy.

Zechini Gra-For, a limited liability company based in Vimodrone, near Milan, Italy, designs, develops and markets worldwide quality equipment for bookbinding and paper converting. It is currently the only Italian company capable of providing a complete range of equipment alongside specialised technical support.

The history of Zechini Gra-For is a typical example of the genius and entrepreneurship that have laid the foundations of Italy's industrial development in the second half of the 20th century. Founded in 1952 in Milan by Fiorino Zechini, the company has rapidly evolved from its initial artisan size to a small, family-run metalworking industry in which Fiorino's wife Teresa Sola and later also their two sons, Roberto and Fulvio, worked.

Thanks to the high quality of its machines, over the years the company has managed to built up a solid reputation in Italy and even approach foreign markets. The attention to the production needs of end-users has led to development and production of new models and innovative technological solutions.

Already in 1995, ahead of its time, Zechini started developing finishing equipment for the nascent digital printing industry. A long and successful business partnership with Xerox digital printing division was the result.
