Translucent airless bottles at ADA Packaging

  • ADA Packaging

ADA Packaging, founded in 1999 and one of the leading manufacturers of cosmetic packaging products in China, has released attractive translucent bottles that add a dash of elegance to personal care or cosmetic products.  The bottle features a dispenser that draws the product up from the airless chamber with a simple depression of the top portion of the bottle.

Made of hard, durable, and shatter-resistant PP, the bottles are strong enough to withstand the high fill pressures required to create an airless packaging solution.  The design of the bottle is absolutely ingenious, with a plunger sitting at the bottom of the assembly that is automatically drawn up as the product is evacuated over time, ensuring that none remains in the container even after repeated use.  The bottles are currently offered in sizes of 50ml, 80ml, and 120ml.

Another interesting feature of the bottle is the dispensing top, which opens up right in the middle allowing precious, luxury products to emerge slowly and in small, dosed quantities.  The consumer simply has to observe the amount that pops up in order to monitor the dose and use an amount appropriate to the product.

As with all of ADA’s products, customization options are available to create eye-catching items on shelves, including hot-stamping, screen printing, colouring of the translucency, labelling and more.
