This acquisition, combined with the acquisition of Montreal based DeltaPac in the second quarter of this year, will be the foundation for CCC’s launch of its Dura-Lite® family of packaging for food, beverage, and industrial markets.

Sean R. Fallmann, President and Chief Executive Officer of CCC, also said,

“We welcome the employees of Polybottle and Humberline into the CCC family. These companies have great leadership teams and a strong reputation of consistently providing quality products and excellent customer service. This acquisition is another step in CCC’s North American growth strategy, in which we combine strategic asset acquisitions with new innovative products to better meet our customers’ needs.”

To date, CCC has shipped over 300 million Dura-Lite® bottles to customers throughout the United States—including several national beverage manufacturers. Dura-Lite® containers are available in gallon, half-gallon, quart, and industrial round gallon sizes, presenting customers the opportunity to leverage a matched set of bottles with similar aesthetic features and improved performance characteristics.
